Arjun has studied/performed with Roberta Stafford, Tim Hagans, Randy Brecker, Rufus Reid, Jon Faddis, Conrad Herwig, Ralph Bowen, Bob Mintzer, Mark Taylor and the Glenn Miller Orchestra. He was selected to the New Jersey All State Jazz Ensemble, University of Arts Philadelphia High School All Star Jazz Ensemble, Philadelphia Jazz Orchestra, and Carnegie Mellon University Jazz Orchestra . He won the 3rd prize in Berklee College of Music’s Herb Pomeroy Jazz Composition and Arranging Competition and the Louis Armstrong award. He has performed at the Kennedy Center for Performing Arts Washington DC, Montreux Jazz Festival Switzerland, Umbria Jazz Festival Italy, Chris’ Jazz Cafe Philadelphia, Reduta Jazz Club Praha Czech Republic, Hot Clube de Portugal Lisboa and has toured Europe multiple times, performing in Italy (Rome, Perugia, Lake Como, Amalfi coast and other locations), Switzerland (Montreux), Hungary (Budapest), Austria (Vienna), Czech Republic (Prague), Spain (Valencia, Madrid) & Portugal (Lisbon).
